How many days does it take for order delivery within Oman?

It takes 2 – 5 business days to deliver the order within Oman. In case of items such as refrigerators, Television of size 40” and above, Washing machines and other major appliances the delivery happens within 5-7 business days.

In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, Mobilesuq LLC reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.

What are the shipping charges for delivery within the Oman?

No. We charge OMR 3 for up to 5 KG volumetric weight and additional amount of  200 BZ for every additional KG volumetric weight for delivery within Oman.

Do you deliver products outside the Oman?

No. Currently we do not deliver outside the Oman.

However, you may get in touch with our call center on XXXXXXX for any specific requirement. We will offer assistance to you based on the availability of the product and delivery feasibility outside the Oman.

Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order.

You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid).

No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information.
